REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of underwear products, Kotoyen does not accept returns or exchanges on underwear that has been opened, worn, washed, or used.
Returns may only be accepted if:

The item is defective upon delivery

The wrong product was received

The product arrives damaged
To be eligible for review, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide supporting photographs.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.
Kotoyen reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
